Once your order has been placed and the payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our product offerings and ensures that every purchase is made with full consideration. Exceptions to this rule are covered under our Replacement Policy (see below).

2. Cancellations:

3. Replacement Policy:
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with your NadiFit device, such as manufacturing defects or operational malfunctions, we are here to help. After assessing the situation, we may provide a replacement device at no additional cost to you, ensuring you can continue to benefit from the NadiFit experience.
